We provide a room with cold and cooked breakfast. Breakfast is normally 8:30am

We charge per night rates. Checkout is midday and we reserve the right to charge an extra night for checkouts after midday unless we agreed a late checkout in advance.

Visitors enter at their own risk and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage.

We require a deposit of at least one nights stay before finally confirming your reservation. If you do not send a deposit we may free the room for other customers.

You may not connect any electronic devices to the phone line without our express agreement.

Obviously we do not allow the consumption of illegal substances on the premises.

We are a non-smoking establishment. In bad weather we allow smoking on the stairs leading to the street
